Sindhi biryani recipe
Biryani is the most favourite dish of asia,no one say no to biryani,it's mouth watering recipe ingredients are below,
Ingredients
- Rice 1 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Chicken 1kg
- Onion half kg
- Tomato half kg
- Green chilli (7-8)
- Mint
- Coriander
- Ginger garlic paste (2 tablespoons)
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
- Coriander powder 2 tablespoon
- Turmeric half teaspoon
- Tamarind 2 tablespoon
- Dry spice (garam masala)1 tablespoon
- Biryani masala1 pkt
Preparation
1st step
Soak the rice first in the water,for 20 to 25 min,
Take a pan and pour oil and the onions in it,Until they become light brown,Put chicken and tomatoes in it and mix them well,Then add all the spices,(salt,red chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric, biryani masala, tamarind (imli) green chilli,mint powder)let it fry 20 to 25 min,
Now flame off the stove
2nd step

- Biryani masala
- Salat (to taste)
- Onion 1 smal
- Water
- Food colour 2 pinch
Fry an onion in a pan after light brown add some water,salat,1 tspn biryani masala,and let it fry,after 10 min,Then add two glasses of water and rice and boil it, leaves some water in it that the rice cooked well in slow flame for 15 minutes,
After 15 minutes
Remove lid and mix rice well,now Take out half the rice here and put some mixture of cooked chicken,Apply a layer of rice and chicken,and after that mix 2 pinch of food colour in 1 table spoon water and spread on the rice well and cook rice in mediam to low flame for 5 minutes only,
Now delicious chicken Sindhi biryani is ready to eat with rayta,and salad,
