 International Emmy Awards: Nawaz-ud-Din Siddiqui nominated for Best Actor 

Indian actor Nawaz-ud-Din Siddiqui has been nominated for an International Emmy Award for his performance in the film 'Serious Man'. The Netflix movie "Serious Man" was released in October 2020. It was the story of a father who was not a successful man himself but resorted to lies and deception to make his son famous and change the fortunes of his family.

When the Indian actor announced his nomination for the International Emmy Awards through his Instagram account, he also congratulated the film team and director Sudhir Mishra on his nomination. Nawaz-ud-Din Siddiqui is one of India's most versatile actors who had earlier appeared with Saif Ali Khan in another popular Netflix series 'Sacred Games'. 'Sacred Games' and 'Mac Mafia' in which Nawaz-ud-Din Siddiqui has shown the essence of acting have been nominated for International Emmy Awards in the past.

Nawaz-ud-Din has won several awards in his career, including Filmfare, Zee Sini, Star Dust, Asian Film Awards. Nawaz Siddiqui learned acting from the National School of Drama in New Delhi and has been working on the big and small screens since 1999. 'Gangs of Wasseypur', 'Lunch Box', 'Manto', 'Bajrangi Bhai Jan' and 'Raat Akeeli Hai' are among his best films in recent years.
