Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif's film 'Surya Vanshi' will be released on Diwali
Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif's film 'Suryavanshi' has been announced for release on Diwali. According to the Indian Express, the Maharashtra government has announced the opening of cinema halls from October 22. Surya Vanshi has taken a long time to release the film which includes Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif as well as director Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn.
Rohit Shetty tweeted a picture with the Maharashtra Chief Minister and wrote, “Cinema halls are being opened from October 22 because of our Chief Minister Odhi Thackeray. Finally we can say that the police are coming this Diwali. The big-budget film has been postponed due to the Corona epidemic.
Its first release date was March 2020, but it was locked down in India a few days earlier. In October last year, cinema halls were allowed to open with 50% of the people, but Suryavanshi's team waited for the cinema to open with 100% of the audience. In February 2021, the central government allowed 100 per cent people to watch films in cinemas, after which producers started scheduling films.However, after the second wave of Corona, the release of this film had to be postponed again.
