October 5, 2021 The national squad will leave Lahore for the UAE on October 15 to play in the T20 World Cup. The Pakistan Cricket Team will leave Lahore for the UAE on October 15 to participate in the T20 World Cup being organized by the International Cricket Council in the United Arab Emirates.

The final match of the National T20 Tournament will be played on October 13 for which all the players will quarantine themselves for seven days at a local hotel in Lahore. Sources say that the players will move from one secure bubble to another after the event. According to sources, members of the national squad's sports staff will gather in Lahore on October 8 and bowling consultant Vernon Flanders will arrive in Pakistan on October 7, while batting consultant Matthew Hayden will join the national squad in the UAE.
Sources said that all members of the national squad will be allowed to take their families to the UAE
